Serrat vintage 2025 Public Release

The wines from the 2025 vintage follows on from recent vintages with a similar high quality set of wines. The season was as normal as one could expect in these times. Mild spring, good rainfall and soil moisture leading up to flowering which was the calmest of recent years, very good conditions and a fine set. Summer was warm fine and exceptionally long, well into late April with a classic Indian summer. It did dry out late though through February and March, but no extreme heat at all and perfect ripening conditions.

The 25 wines show a generosity of flavour in their youth and silky smooth tannins and long balanced finishes. They all have lovely intensity and vibrancy.
